That’s a Wrap! The 2022 Vermont Systems Symposium Recap

Vermont Systems’ annual symposium kicked off October 11th in the great state of Vermont to much fanfare.
Excitement was palpable throughout the floor and at every session as we returned to in-person after last year’s virtual gathering. The Vermont Systems team was ecstatic to see everyone and feel the excitement buzzing throughout the event.
We were grateful for the continuous exchange of questions and answers between participants and the Vermont Systems team – It was very helpful for us to hear questions and feedback from those who utilize the products every single day.
“Every time we’d be sitting at a table, if there was an empty chair, somebody from Vermont Systems came and sat down and had conversations with us. It was very personable” says Terry Bugas, Accounting Coordinator at Bainbridge Island Metro Park & Recreation District.
The Symposium always offers excellent opportunities to engage with and learn about new products as well as network with Vermont Systems team members and industry colleagues. This year featured a variety of new and updated products such as PayTrac, Hosting, and Contract Management.
Next year’s Symposium promises to be even better and feature more networking opportunities and educational content than ever! We’ve designed the Vermont Systems Symposium to empower you to maximize how to use our products to serve your community and help you to curate connections with parks and recreation contacts across the industry in order to better support you and your organization.
We would love to have you join us next year! If you are interested in receiving information about attending symposium, fill out the form below and we will make sure that you are contacted when registration begins in the spring. To plan your budget and calendar, the standard price will be $1250.00 and registering during the early bird timeframe can save $250.00. The 2023 Vermont Systems Symposium will be held on November 7-9.
We look forward to seeing you!

One of the huge hits from all of the symposium was Family Feud with the Vermont Systems team! It was great to be able to spend time with everyone and hear what people know about the wonderful state of Vermont.
“What is the most popular Ben & Jerry’s ice cream flavor?”
“Name a common use for maple syrup.”

One of the featured products this year was PayTrac. Vermont Systems employees Tim Hansen, Product Owner, and Zach Daley, Solutions Consultant, provided an in depth walk through of PayTrac. They spoke about the benefits of utilizing PayTrac within your parks and recreation department.
