There are plenty of opportunities to learn about recreation management technology throughout the year. But there is something different about being in a room with people who use the same tools, understand the same challenges, and are ready to share what they have learned.
That is what the Annual Symposium is all about.
From October 20 to 22, 2026, recreation professionals from across the country will come together in South Burlington, Vermont, for three days dedicated to learning, collaboration, and getting more from Vermont Systems.
But you do not have to take our word for it.
Hear From the Vermont Systems Community
Every year, we hear from attendees about the value of stepping away from their daily routines to learn directly from Vermont Systems experts and, just as importantly, from one another. This video gives you a glimpse into that experience, with Vermont Systems customers sharing what makes Symposium worth attending.
What Can You Expect at the 2026 Symposium?
This year’s Symposium will give you opportunities to build your Vermont Systems expertise while gaining ideas you can bring back to your organization.
Attendees can look forward to interactive Vermont Systems training and best practices, hands-on education with our experts, industry and peer-led sessions, product roadmap insights, new feature highlights, and plenty of opportunities to connect with fellow recreation professionals.
Educational sessions at the 2026 Symposium will also qualify for NRPA Continuing Education Units, giving attendees another opportunity to invest in their professional development while they are here.
And some of the most valuable conversations may happen outside the sessions. Symposium brings the Vermont Systems community together in one place, creating opportunities to compare ideas, ask questions, learn how other organizations approach their work, and build relationships with people who understand recreation.
The 2026 Vermont Systems Symposium takes place October 20 to 22 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Burlington in South Burlington, Vermont.
