At the National Recreation and Parks Association conference, leading software provider Vermont Systems introduced the WebTrac App, which is redefining patron engagement. This cutting-edge mobile application is designed to seamlessly connect parks and recreation departments with their patrons for communication, convenience, and most importantly, community building.

Plug and Pay Customers – about deprecation of their service 

HelpDesk Team: Fall back in love with our support team! When is the last time our team helped you resolve your RecTrac support issue? If it’s been a while, I encourage you to reach out to us. Our dedicated HelpDesk Team is fully prepared to assist you with all your RecTrac needs. We’ve been hard at work, building on case knowledge and case response times, adding new tools that our team can leverage for more expedient resolutions and embarking on exciting initiatives to expand our self-help platform known as the ‘Cumulative Universal Learning Library and Education Network’ or ‘C.U.L.L.E.N’ for short. You can always reach us through our Support portal by submitting a case or engaging in a quick question and answer session via chat. We also appreciate your valuable feedback, so please continue to share your thoughts through the case resolution surveys. Last quarter, we received an outstanding response of 763 surveys, resulting in an amazing 98.35% positive feedback rating. We’re thrilled to hear from you! Keep those surveys coming and don’t forget that you can earn a chance to win your very own quart of Vermont Maple Syrup!

In Q4, we have a few days (11/10 & 12/21) where our support team will be busy engaging with one another and working to promote wellness. During this time, we won’t be responding to general cases but if it’s an emergency and you require assistance, we will still offer billable support. Education Team: All of Vermont Systems went through a change when our former Director, Cullen Barber, retired at the end of May. Not wanting to deprive anyone of the habits developed over his 30 years of service, we’ve renamed the Vermont Systems Next Gen Knowledge Base, to C.U.L.L.E.N, our Cumulative Universal Learning Library and Education Network. That’s right, you can still ask C.U.L.L.E.N questions any time you want! Don’t forget to check out the bi-weekly free RecChats with Zach and team on software and industry topics. Reminders: We encourage all customers and IT departments to keep the RecTrac version up to date to ensure you have all the latest updates and features. On-premises customers should plan to update 5 times per year. Fully hosted customers are all set and get each update loaded automatically.
