Networking Dinner

Join us for a Networking Dinner on October 20!

Top off an amazing day by joining us for a relaxing and informal meal. This is the perfect opportunity to unwind, enjoy great food, and connect with your trainers and fellow RecTrac users in a casual setting. Enjoy, network, and recharge!

Ready to Swag Swap?

VS Customer Swag Swap – If you missed 2025, you missed a fun Swag Swap opportunity. But don’t worry, it was such a hit, we brought it back for 2026! Support your fellow parks and recreation departments from across the Country by sharing some swag items! This will be a time to network with other attendees and have some fun, while supporting their logo following the symposium.

Please bring at least 1 or two items that have your logo on them. Examples: T-shirts, hats, tumbler, etc. The swap will occur on Wednesday at lunch!

A Symposium Tradition you won’t want to miss! – “It’s time to play Family Feud!” Watch out, those new friends you made at last night’s reception might just become your competition!

Join us for an exciting Family Feud-inspired game, where we’ll find out which team will emerge as our trivia champions. With questions covering everything from RecTrac and VS to pop culture, this is a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with your fellow attendees. Are you ready to join the fun?

Mark Your Park – Symposium 2025

Let’s keep “Mark Your Park” going! New in 2024, the Vermont Team began the “Mark Your Park” giant map, highlighting your site! When you arrive and register take a moment to pin your location on the 2026 Symposium Customer Map. Let’s see and share all the locations you’ve come from, help you find peers close by to network with, and watch the map continue to grow throughout the week and year over year, as more and more VS clients make their mark.
